Today Ma’am sat down with each student in our section and gave her opinion and suggestions to each of us. I read the review which Ma’am had written in my essay, she told me to change the title of the essay and also work a little more on the essay. I read my essay again and again till I couldn’t change a few things in my essay and also come up with a better title.

It was my turn to go to Ma’am for her review. She read my essay and she told me that she really liked the fact that I explained every metaphor in detail and not surface level and also that the my paragraphs were structured quite well. She read my metaphor and we had a discussion on how I came up with this metaphor and Ma’am suggested I write more about this metaphor. The metaphor was “I am like an open journal, always there for you” I mentioned how I came up with this metaphor in the essay. Ma’am suggested to give some incidents in life which made me come up with this metaphor.

Ma’am moved on to other metaphors and explained on each metaphor and how I could use more examples and reasons for the metaphors and elaborate more on them. She also removed on metaphor and also the ending and gave me a direction on how to end the essay
